Central Coast Moorings and Salvage is a family business owned and operated by Rob and Donna Furniss of Saratoga, Gregg Thomas and Caroline Beattie of Wahroonga.

Rob and Gregg have fully restored the Mooring Lighter, VEROONA, which has been a fixture around Brisbane Water Pittwater & Sydney Harbour for the past 60 years.

VEROONA began life on Sydney Harbour as a platform to install and support the anti submarine boom during WW2 and has now settled in Brisbane Water to serve the marine community of the Central Coast, Brisbane Water and Cowan Creek. The vessel has not missed many days at work and today, more than ever, VEROONA is ready for her task of mooring service and marine salvage
